Installing a photovoltaic system on shared rooftops is virtually indispensable today for condominiums equipped with heat pumps. Thanks to the perfect synergy between self-generated electricity and efficient heating technology, operating costs for all owners drop significantly. In this project, we demonstrated how effective it is to optimally allocate shared space: In addition to powering the common areas, private PV units were also installed for individual apartments. This transforms the roof into a valuable energy source for the entire building community and makes each residential unit less dependent on rising electricity prices.
